Worked under the Trust department, shadowed a trust administrator, a trust officer, and a trust counsel. Read through trust documents, and analyzed model language. Put together trust distribution packets, and assessed the risk of the distribution based on the language of the trust, the amount of the distribution, the running total dollar amount of previous distributions, and the value of the trust. Worked on various projects concerning tax payments, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and compliance. Completed a large marketing project for the company which involved analyzing their clientele, and compiling the data to be used as a persuasive tool for prospective clients. Observed weekly Trust Department and Risk meetings. Became familiar with various company systems and their operations. Worked under Financial Planning department, assisted with preparing profile updates for annual client reviews, ran profiles through their profile system Profilesondemand, sat in on annual profile meetings with advisors and clients, checked on mutual fund trades through Fidelity, became familiar with accounts through Fidelity and Pacific Life. Greeted patients, scheduled appointments, tipped out massage therapists daily, accounted for all daily income, answered phones. Made daily lesson plans, instructed children from ages 5-12 on how to swim, evaluated children on their skills, developed personal relationships with the children and their parents. Faith Grant. WORK EXPERIENCE Farm Assistant at Belmont Hill Beef Farm, Warrenton, VA. Helped with various vital activities that ensured the upkeep of the cattle farm. The strenuous work involved herding and vaccinating cattle and logging dead trees to ensure the safety of the herd in their respective fields. Constant upkeep of grass, fence line, feeding troughs, and water wells were also a weekly duty. Lifeguard at Chestnut Forks Swim Club, Warrenton, VA. C.P.R. qualified to ensure life saving skills needed to protect swimmers. Provided constant watch to swimmers and administered first aid when needed. Custodian at ClubWorx Health Club, Fuquay, NC.
