On theee (3) of the gifts I am awaiting information as to the donors. Five of the gifts were evaluated by the State Department as being over $50 ••.••.• and therefore falling within the provisions of the Foreign Gifts and Decorations Act of 1966. I am disputing four of these evaluations and checking further to verify. Enclosed is the "blue" card on the yerba-mate pot. Please let me know if you would like this gift sent over. Eventually it will have to be accessioned as a display piece for the President Ford Library and Museum. Please return the "blue" card when you are finished with it. Many thanks, ) 1~ .
