Yosef Abramowitz, a pioneer of Israel’s and Africa’s solar industries, and a member of Israel’s negotiating team at Paris, will discuss a break-thru model of de- coupling GDP growth from emissions growth, using the case studies of solar power in the Arava region and in Rwanda as windows into the future of green energy and development.
