Protection of child and adolescent mental health is particularly important at the present time, marked by the rapid pace of life, the huge information load, the global economic and political crisis. According to WHO, about 20% of children and adolescents in the world have mental disorders, about half of which start at the age of 14. In the structure of diseases and disabilities, the first place belongs to mental disorders. Depression occurs in almost every fifth teenager. Among drug users, young people account for 70%.
