It is hereby established that the work of federal ministers, heads of other federal bodies of executive power is coordinated and controlled by Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation and Deputies thereof in compliance with the distribution of duties among Chairman Deputies of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. [*72] It is hereby established that in the event of a temporary absence of Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation the duty to temporarily perform the duties thereof shall be vested in one of the Deputies thereof in compliance with the distribution of duties. The Government of the Russian Federation shall: BEGIN COMMENTARY: See Order 26, 2000 on the measure to implement this Decree END COMMENTARY within one month distribute the functions of the abolished bodies of executive power proceeding from the provisions of the present Decree; within two months endorse regulations on the newly established and transformed federal bodies of executive power; within one month endorse a maximum limit on the strength and payroll fund of employees of the central staffs of the federal bodies of executive power within the limits .../retrieve?_m=3a4ddbfbd532c97310757fdf87bf748c&docnum=1&_fmtstr=FULL&_startd 30/11/00 Search - 148 Results - Fisheries Page 4 of 7 of funds provided in the Federal Law the Federal Budget for the Year 2000; within three months endorse a maximum limit on the strength and payroll fund of employees of the territorial bodies of the federal bodies of executive power within the limits of funds provided in the Federal Law on the Federal Budget for the Year 2000; arrange for the performance within the terms established by the legislation of the Russian Federation of liquidation proceedings and for the provision of privileges and compensations to released employees under the legislation of the Russian Federation; within one month lay proposals for appropriately amending acts of the President of the Russian Federation concerning the federal bodies of executive power under the control of the President of the Russian Federation; and shall bring its acts in conformity with the present Decree. The Head State-Legal Directorate of the President of the Russian Federation shall within two months lay proposals for bringing acts of the President of the Russian Federation in conformity with the present Decree.
