Further, I Stephen Campbell Mullighan, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, hereby authorise Leon Bignell, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, to enter into and execute any contract, agreement or other instrument, by the affixation of my common seal or otherwise as the instrument requires, on my behalf as Minister for Housing and Urban Development, and to perform any function on my behalf in respect of any right, liability or asset vested in the Minister for Housing and Urban Development, in relation to the activity described in schedule 1 of this instrument. This instrument of delegation and authorisation has effect from the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. It endures until revoked or varied by further notice.
