When the show premiered to a sold-out crowd at Lincoln Center’s American Songbook, the New York Times called Kuhn a “top of the line singer [who] portrayed the lineage of the composer Richard Rodgers as more than bloodline, [but] a proudly romantic musical tradition.” Rodgers, Rodgers & Guettel features musical direction and arrangements by Todd Almond. Judy Kuhn is a four-time Tony Award nominee, most recently for her starring role in Lisa Kron and Jeanine Tesori’s Tony Award-winning musical, Fun Home directed by Sam Gold.
