Altering part of the track to bring it up to current standards for casual and Allotments News A few years ago the Council developed a dedicated area of the allotments to provide a number of raised beds following some interest from local schools and the Brampton Youth Group to use the facility. Due to operational reasons the interest from the schools as waned but the Youth Group had been still using the allotments for 3 months in the summer until last year. The Parish Council was keen to ensure that this particular area of the allot- ments continued to provide specialist use and consulted the Westfield Allotment Society for their views on the matter. As a result and following some minor upgrading work, the area is now used by two disabled Parishioners.
