O objectivo é reduzir o analfabetismo no seio da comu- nidade defi ciente visual em Angola, formar 40 cegos e amblíopes em técnica de Braille e 120 familiares em orientação e mobilidade. The second phase of the Alfa Braille Project was initiated on February 7th in Luanda, at a symbolic ceremony where BP Angola donated equipments - among which 40 Braille writing machines- to the Angolan Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired by the War (AACAG).
