President’s Remarks Resolved: that the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held October 7th 2013 be accepted as a correct record. All present were in favour. 7. Club Development . 3. ANNUAL REPORTS OF CLUB TEAM MANAGERS 8. Presentation of The Sidney Glover Rotary Trophy All team managers’ reports were published in the Annual Report 20143-2014. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS The Receipts and Payments statement was submitted and reported as published in the Annual Report 2013- Present rates Seniors over 18 £30 14 with the amendment (1) as recorded below. Under 18 £15 The Treasurer reported;- Family Membership £50 (1) one amendment to the Receipts and Payments statement as published in the Annual Report. Students/OAP £15 In the paragraph headed Training fees £10.5k (£10.4k), line 3, for £2.1m read £2.1k Members at the AGM October 2014 were made aware in an oral statement from the Treasurer at the 12. Membership of Associations meeting that full accounts (including full Receipts and Payments Statement and Balance Sheet as amended) UK Athletics, England Athletics, Northern Athletics, Yorkshire County AAA, Bradford were available for scrutiny at the meeting and to all club members on request from the Treasurer Athletics Network, Yorkshire Veterans Association, Fell Runners Association, The Treasurer reported that the accounts and supporting records had been audited and that the Independent Northern Track & Field League, Young Development Athletes League, West Yorkshire Review of the auditor concluded that the financial statements gave a reasonable representation of the Cross Country League, West Yorkshire Track & Field League, Three Peaks Association, financial state of affairs of Bingley Harriers and Athletic Club for the year ended 31 July 2014.
