Voyager Web Reports for I-Share

Voyager Web Reports for I-Share https://web-reports.carli.illinois.edu/ Voyager Web Reports is a web-based reporting tool designed by CARLI IT staff to provide an easy way for I-Share library staff to run reports against their Voyager databases without the need to install the Oracle/ODBC client software or use Microsoft Access. A CARLI Voyager Oracle Account and a web browser are the only requirements to log in and use Voyager Web Reports. I-Share Liaisons can request new Oracle accounts for staff members who do not already have one by filing a Work Request Online for a “Voyager Oracle Account Request”. For additional information, see: https://www.carli.illinois.edu/products-services/i-share/reports/web-reports Watch a brief video introduction of Voyager Web Reports at: https://youtu.be/YobvxwtIBIU There are currently over 100 reports available on the site in Acquisitions, Cataloging, Circulation, Reserves, System Administration, and Universal Borrowing—including many of CARLI’s Suggested Priorities for Bibliographic, Holding, and Item Record Maintenance—with more being added. A complete list of reports currently on Voyager Web Reports can be found at: https://web-reports.carli.illinois.edu/report-list/ Results can be viewed, sorted, and searched directly in the web browser in HTML, or they can be downloaded in CSV format for local manipulation. If you have any questions, feedback, or suggestions for new reports to add to the site, please send an email to [email protected]. .
