Once they were on fire with the Holy Spirit de- ! scended at Pentecost – there was no stopping Jǟǩ them! Not even the threat of a martyr’s death was enough to turn one of them back. They bravely set out from Jerusalem to points north, south, east and west to share the Good News. Today, we have the Universal Catholic Church – a worldwide family that celebrates the faith on every continent, with the same rituals and tradi- tions - ringing in at 2 billion baptized in just over Under a big tent we enjoyed over 30 differ- 2,000 years.
