Tonight, following the Live Auction, we ask that you raise your bid paddle to support a very special need of the school called the The Guardian Angel Fund. The money we raise tonight will help Mercy families that experience an unforeseen crisis that affects their ability to pay tuition. Such events may include the loss of an immediate family member, loss of employment, serious medical issues or natural disaster. To give an example of the type of need this fund will meet, junior Kara Thomas will share her family’s struggle through hard times and how Mercy was able to step in to help. The Guardian Angel Fund will ensure this type of assistance will always be in place for our wonderful Mercy families.
