This vine with its slow maturation, a traditional wine making process and subsequent passage in various woods, offers us a product with the characteristics of a great wine: fine, elegant and complex. The perfect expression of a unique terroir. Label Vinification/Ageing Valle d’Aosta DOC Fumin Fermentation in steel at 28/30 °C for 15 days with Area of production frequent pumping over. Ageing in small and large- South-east, south-west, facing vineyards in the sized casks made of different types of wood, for municipalities of Nus, Fénis, Chambave, Verrayes, 12 months, then in glass for 5 months Saint-Denis, Châtillon at 450-550 m a.s.l.
