I didn’t realize until years later that I am actually very creative, but in ways that differed from my coworkers. I didn’t understand that God had been anointing me all this time with gifts that He desired me to use. When I began in ministry at twenty-six years old, I had no idea how to cook or bake. I had been transferred to the Washington, DC area. Our home has always been open to lots of guests and lots of food! One day, my old ministry supervisor asked if I could do a cooking class once a month, and we began to invite both the people we were ministering to, and others in our Jewish community to attend. It was a small intimate group, which lent itself to spiritual conversations. I had such fun teaching people to enjoy the process of creating food. Then came Covid-19 and I started with Rock of Israel on June 1, beginning right where I left off. Although I've switched to an online cooking show, to lead our people into the knowledge of God. Objections like his are fairly common and we hope this section helps give you insight in witnessing to your Jewish family or friends. Name: Israel Message: Not a single Jewish Sage identified Jesus as the Messiah. God Is The Source Of All Salvation, And He Doesn't Need To Have Any Human Sacrifice To Die For Mankind's Salvation. all of humanity can be "saved", by following God's commands, and living a Righteous life. The Rabbis, whom Jesus hated so much, did not place any limitations on G-d’s love. It was the Rabbis of the Talmud who made the statement (Tosefta, Sanhedrin 13), “The righteous of all nations have a share in the World to Come.” They saw God’s love as available to all people, and not only to Jews, and has nothing to do with Jesus. We would respectfully disagree with you about several issues. 1) Isaiah 53 (in the Hebrew Bible) is strongly looked at as about the Messiah. Our Jewish sages point this quite often – although they do not believe Yeshua was the Messiah. But if you read Isaiah chapter 53, you will clearly see that the Messiah dies for the nation of Israel as a sin bearer. 2) If all of humanity followed God’s commandments 24/7/365 maybe your point could be valid, but the fact is they do not. As the Hebrew Bible says, “Surely there is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.” (Ecclesiastes 7:20). So when there is a contradiction between what you say and what the Hebrew Bible says, we will probably stick with the Hebrew Bible. 3) Yes, we agree that God loves the world. But God is also Just and Holy and must punish sin. (see point 2 above). That is why, if you are familiar with Torah, there were blood sacrifices for all the nations on Sukkot. The blood sacrifices were a central feature of the Temple in Jerusalem. Why? Because it was an innocent one paying for a guilty one with their blood. This is what Isaiah 53 and other scriptures point to. Yeshua is indeed the Messiah. The rabbis are wise in some areas and not in others. In this area – our people have missed the Messiah. That is why the exile happened 2,000 years ago as Moses predicted. We urge you to take some time and read for yourself why Yeshua is the Messiah. Also, look to your own heart and see it is not perfect (none of us are) and that is why blood atonement was given to our people according to Torah.
