Take a wide fry pan, heat oil, saute the onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste for 2 minutes. Add salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, spring onion and give it a good swirl for a couple of minutes. Add the fried mushrooms to it and give it a good stir.
