I am hoping to have had a working party to pack and label another enormous contribution to those in need throughout the world - Feed the Children, Ninewells Neonatal Unit, Balcraig Foundation and Smile Train. I am still being asked for wool, so if you know of any hidden piles of wool please either let me know, or hand them in to Megs Mini Market, or Hobbies. I reckon we will have knitted Alyth (and friends) dry in another COMMUNITY COUNCILLORS RETIRE year. So let’s see what we can do! The studio offers all kinds of opportunities in art and music and is run by BUILDERS local artists and musicians Julie, Keri and Luke. Toutie Studios hosted their first event in April as part of the New Builds, Renovations, Extensions, Paving etc Strathmore Arts Festival where Keri, a ceramics graduate Free Estimates from Duncan of Jordanstone College ran a series of ceramic tile printing workshops for all ages. The work produced was Gracefield, Craigie, Phone: 01250 884 714 exhibited alongside 'Disco Beards', an exhibition by Dundee based artists Rob Hunter and John Louden who are soon to Blairgowrie, PH10 6RG Mobile: 07736 176 294 exhibit at Dundee Contemporary Arts. The workshops and ROBERTSON’S DAIRY exhibition were a great success and were soon followed with A.D. ROOFING, BALKEERIE a paper making project led by textiles graduate Julie and Slaters, Tiles, Gutters, BY GLAMIS FORFAR undertaken by three age groups – 5-9's, 10-15's and adults.
