You may receive calls directly to your suite without going through the Resident Service desk. HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping will be provided once a week and will be completed between 9 am and 4 pm. Additional housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Trash removal Refuse rooms are located on every floor to the left of the elevator. In order to ensure a clean environment for all AKA residents we kindly ask that you do not leave your refuse in the hallway. Maintenance requests If you experience a mechanical problem in your suite, please contact the Resident Service desk by dialing “0” so that we may have our maintenance staff quickly address your request. services and features 5 DRY CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICES Valet dry cleaning and laundry service are available, Monday through Saturday. Please bring items to the front desk by 9:00 am and they will be returned back to the front desk and available for pick–up after 5:00 pm.
