You might know Flammkuchen by its French name ‘Tarte Flambée’. In any language beer and Flammkuchen are the perfect match. Flammkuchen starts with a very thin crust of only flour, water and salt. Next Bibeleskäse (a light version of cream cheese) is smeared across the surface. The dish is finished with your topping of choice including: meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan products. Cheers! Fruit Wheat Sour Weizen Sour beers are traditionally made by deliberately allowing wild yeast strains or bacteria into the brew. More hops are added to this, from origin, English beer than to lager. That creates more bitterness. You also taste many fruity flavors, which differentiate the bitter tastes again. The alcohol percentage is between 5% and 7.5%. But the amount of alcohol in an Imperial IPA is often higher. Porter Porter is a dark style of beer developed in London form well hopped beers made from brown malt. The name was first recorded in the 18th century and is thought to come from its popularity with street and river porters. Stout Stout is a beer type best known by the dark brown almost black colour and the burning bitter sweet that comes from the use of roasted malt. There are bottom- fermented and top-fermented variations. Refreshing, Easy, fruity, grain fruity and slightly hop-like, with a full flavour and beautifully balanced. Draft beer Swinckels’ - Superieur Pilsener 5.3% Unique superior full-malt pilsner brewed with Bitterness a blend of Cascade hop from the American Full-malt, rich, clear Yakima valley. Slightly spicy and fruity with a refined bitter, concluding with a beautiful, smooth aftertaste. Session La Trappe PUUR 4.5% An organic Trappist beer with a beautiful, Bitterness firm head. Fresh fruity and hoppy beer with Pleasantly bitter, mild a pleasant bitterness and a mild, dry after- taste. The perfect thirst quencher Slightly bitter, fresh, on hot summer days. mandarin Eeuwige Zonde Session IPA 3.5% Eeuwige Zonde Session IPA is a low alcohol Bitterness content India Pale Ale with a fresh, thirst- Fresh, fruity, drinkable quenching finish, exotic aromas of fruity hops and a pleasant bitterness. Although the alcohol percentage is somewhat lower, this IPA still has a full round taste. Sour Sint Crispijn Framboozle 4.0% Framboozle is our version of the German Bitterness Goslar Beer, which is special for how it is Fresh, light, raspberry, brewed and characterized by a salty, lemony sour, thirst-quenching taste. Our version is fresh, fruity, and slightly sour with a hint of raspberry. Draft beer Budels White Gose 4.5% Slightly sour in taste with notes of citrus and Bitterness coriander. A wonderfully refreshing organic Light sour, refreshing wheat beer. Fruity Bavaria Radler Citroen 2.0% Refreshing mixture of Bavaria beer and natu- Bitterness ral lemonade. Accessible, cloudy and slightly Fresh, sweet, citrus, beery sweet, with hints of citrus fruit and the beery character of Bavaria with a pleasant aftertaste. Kriek Max 3.5% Kriek Max is brewed with beer of spontaneous Bitterness fermentation. The perfect combination of 25% Fruity, sweet, fresh, cherries natural cherry juices and the Lambic, gives the beer not only its excellent taste but also it pleasant scent. Fruity Sint Crispijn Ruby Ruby Ruby 7.5% Soft but also full of flavour. It’s neither a Bitterness double nor a bock beer. We aren’t sure how to Creamy, malty, soft, ruby label it, but it is tasty anyway. Full of caramel red, slightly fruity notes and a touch of raisins, this beer will keep you coming back for more. Wheat Author 5.0% A classical Belgian wheat beer with American Bitterness hops. It is a full-bodied beer that is also Soft, fresh, easy-drinkable refreshing and thirst quenching with orange peel undertones. Draft beer Strijder Amerikaans Witbier 6.0% This easy to drink summer beer is brewed Bitterness with three American hops, which gives it a Fresh, tropical fruit, not too tropical fruit flavour. You have the taste of bitter summer in this beer! La Trappe Witte Trappist 5.5% The only white Trappist beer worldwide. A Bitterness cloudy light blond Trappist beer with a firm, Smooth, malty, tingling solid head. Soft malty, slightly acidic, and stimulating due to the carbonic acid content. Weizen Heisse Weisse 5.5% The Dutch version of an originally a German Bitterness beer. This fresh lady, beautifully dressed in a Fresh, aromatic, light hoppy traditional dirndl, seems to have walked away from Oktoberfest. Langharig Tuig 5.5% A badass beer with a hear t of gold. This diamond Bitterness in the rough with a Weizen edge is refreshing in Fresh, fruity summer and heartwarming in winter. Aviator 5.0% The brewers of this beer call it “Gold Bitterness from Wheat” when they hold a glass to Fresh, tingling the light. Simplicity and patience are the main ingredients of a good beer. The right combination of Oosterhout’s water, wheat malt, pils malt, hops and yeast gives the beer a wonderful aroma and fresh aftertaste, leaving your glass empty before you know it.
