Mostly, though, Pendleton County is the people that live within its’ borders. The residents of Pendleton County can be seen daily creating for the county, the youth and the community a better way of life. Whether it is from the many churches to the elected officials to the committees, organizations or groups to the first responders to any of a number of individuals, Pendleton County is these people. We honor the many who have gone before and worked for the betterment of Pendleton County to the ones carrying the torch presently and those of the next generation that are watching with little eyes and will be the future leaders.
