WRP: Western Ringtail Possum LOTS 4, 5, & 7 - 11 - DOYLE PLACE - MARGARET RIVER – FAUNA ASSESSMENT – FEBRUARY 2017 – V2 SUMMARY This report details the results of a fauna assessment of Lots 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 Doyle Place, Margaret River (the subject site). The Lots are located about four kilometres west of the main Margaret River town site in south west Western Australia and have a total area of about 22.5 ha (Figure 1). Halsall & Associates Town Planning Consultants have been engaged by the owners of the subject site to present a proposal to the Shire seeking support for a Scheme Amendment to Local Planning Scheme No.1 (“the Scheme”) and an associated Structure Plan to provide a mechanism for consideration of subdivision of the relevant lots. The Lots in question are subject to an application for a Scheme Amendment to Local Planning Scheme No.1 (“the Scheme”) and an associated Structure Plan to provide a mechanism for subdivision.
