One of these men is Michael Bremer, who served here as part of his Seminarian formation. We had the privilege of celebrating with him a Mass of Thanksgiving following his ordination as a Deacon last Spring. Next Sunday, June 17th, he will celebrate his first Mass, here at St. Peter Chanel as Fr. Michael. He will preside at the 12:15 Mass and a reception will follow in McNamee Hall. I invite you to take a moment to congratulate Fr. Michael as he begins his service to the people of the Archdiocese. A reminder, as both Fr. Brian and I will be at the ordinations there will be no Confessions on Saturday and no 8:30 AM Mass. If you have seen a new face celebrating Mass at St. Peter Chanel, it is most likely Fr. Bob Frederick, the new chaplain at Blessed Trinity High School. Fr. Bob will reside at our rectory and will assist us with Mass as his schedule allows. I know you will give him the traditional warm welcome we offer everyone here at St. Peter Chanel. See you at Mass SAVE THE DATE SEPTEMBER 22ND For what you ask?
