Administrative structure and environmental legislation in georgia 1.1 Administrative Structure Recent changes in the administrative structure, adopted by the Decree No 93 of the Government of Georgia dated 25.04.2013, resulted in redistribution of responsibilities between the Ministry of Environmental Protection (MoE) and the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and are reflected in current titles of the mentioned ministries.
