The revisions in the enclosure add Dead Horse Bay, located in Brooklyn, New York, to the locations covered by the MOU and update principal representatives for the sites. The addition of Dead Horse Bay to sites covered by the MOU is a result of your recent notification that discrete sources of radium were discovered during site characterization activities during the summer of 2019.
