Yoreo SUMMARY: Program, Administrative, and Financial Status The Pan-African Artisan Enterprise Development (PAED) program is Aid to Artisans’ (ATA) second matching grant program in Southern Africa. In its first matching grant program entitled Regional Initiative for Southern African Enterprises (RISE), ATA provided technical and design assistance to artisans in Mozambique and Tanzania between the years of 1998 - 2001.
