I have been particularly enjoying our fall leaves this year and encourage you all to do so, adding to the natural parade by viewing nature’s glory from the beauty of your metal artwork (AKA, Studebakers). As we approach the holidays, I need your help in a couple ways. First, the Club needs two indi- viduals to volunteer to help run PSDC: we need a Secretary to replace Steve Walter who is retiring after several years at the position; we need an Activities Director to replace Paul and Karen John- son, who have served in several offices over the years. Thanks to all three for their great help. Both positions are open for all members to volunteer. New ideas are welcome; I encourage you to join in keeping our club active. The positions last for just one year, until the 2016 Christmas party, when we will again have elections. Please contact any officer if you are willing to fill either vacancy. There are three other actions I urge you to take. Please act on all three: complete and mail your vote on revision to our bylaws; send in reservations for the holiday party; and send in your PSDC membership checks. If you do all three together now, it will save the time and postage rather than doing them separately. Drive safe; hope to see you at the party! The Golden Hawk was number one as the value has increased 28% recently. However, they kept calling it a 57 but it was plain to see that it was a 1958. The shot of the dash for the Hawk was not a Hawk. So much for accuracy in the media! Bob DeVore Stude Spotter- Earl Wilson's 1947 Studebaker Custom. Not everyone likes customized cars.
