The appellant sought information regarding representation No. 1293/16, dated 18-07-2016 submitted by Shri Vikas Kumbhare, MLA, Central Nagpur for injustice Caused to Halba/Halbi Scheduled Tribals in the state of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and it's all enclosures. CPIO replied on 05.12.2016 stating that Letter dated 18.7.2016 of Shri Vikas Kumbhare regarding injustice caused to Halba/Halbi STs in State of Maharashtra, Chhatisgarh and Madhya Pradesh was received and from scrutiny of representation, it was seen that action had already been taken on earlier similar representation of Shri Vikas Kumbhare on the same subject and it was forwarded to Government of Maharashtra in October, 2015 for comments in the matter. The CPIO’s reply was upheld by FAA on 26.12.2016. Decision : 2. The appellant is seeking enclosures along with the representation made by Shri Vikas Kumbhare, MLA. 3. The Commission directs the respondent authority to provide copy of representation of Shri Vikas Kumbhare, MLA, the enclosures attached along with CIC/MOTLA/A/2017/112721 Page 1 the representation and comprehensive note on the action taken on the representation, within 15 days from date of receipt of this order.
