Jon Secada’s Latest Album “Same Dream” Features Musicians from The IBEX Company FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tampa, Florida Grammy-award winning singer/songwriter Jon Secada’s newest album “Same Dream” features the lush string melodies performed by Tampa area musicians, including those from The IBEX Company. IBEX founder Eric Nordstrom (www.EricNordstrom.com) served as Concertmaster for the multi-day studio recording sessions for Mr. Secada in the St. Petersburg-based BIG 3 Recording Studios. Additionally, IBEX’s Marketing Director, Charleene Closshey (violinist, www.CharleeneClosshey.com), and Talent Placement Director, William Goodwin (violist) were also featured on several of Mr. Secada’s tracks, including his original compositions “Same Dream”, “She’s All I Ever Had”, and “Coming Out of the Dark.” “She’s All I Ever Had” was originally composed by Secada for Ricky Martin, who help make a the song a hit. “Coming Out of the Dark” was originally recorded by Gloria Estefan, a close associate of Mr. Secada and part of the team that helped launch his career. Released as an “Enhanced CD,” the album also features additional behind-the-scenes footage showing the performances of the musicians in the recording studio. The album is already receiving rave reviews from coast to coast and the hit single “Window to My Heart” has hit # 9 on the Adult Contemporary Chart and received extensive radio airplay since its release last spring.
