Tulare County Farm Bureau will provide refreshments. The sheriff and his deputies will address such issues as aware- ness, prevention, resources, legislation and ways to help each other prevent further losses. The meeting is of interest to farmers and ranchers, business owners, the building industry, recyclers and the general public. All are welcome to attend the free meeting.
