North Cornwall Township 320 S. 18th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042 Gloninger Woods Park Partners Program Park Partners - Adopt-A-Baseball Field Dugout The Adopt-A-Baseball Field Dugout is for a business, individual or group who wish to sponsor and have naming rights for one of the Park’s Baseball Field Player Dugouts. There is one home and one visitor dugout for each of the two little league baseball fields. The financial sponsorship of a Baseball Field Dugout demonstrates your support of the Park and the Community’s little league youth baseball programs. An Adopted Baseball Field Dugout can promote a business, the support of youth sports, or a celebratory event such as a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion and can be adopted with a tax-deductible contribution. The choice from one of the four dugouts, located on the baseball fields in the park, will be on a first-come reserved basis. A Baseball Field Dugout may be endowed for the tax-deductible amount of $2000.00 The Donor’s contributions will help fund the construction costs of the enclosed fence dugout and roof. In recognition of the Donor’s tax-deductible donation, North Cornwall Township will install a personalized sign on the Baseball Field Dugout. North Cornwall Township offers contribution installment options. The tax-deductible donation of $2000.00 for the Adopt-A-Baseball Field Dugout Program can be made in full or over a three-year installment payment plan. A three-year installment plan would require an initial $1000.00 payment and two remaining $500.00 payments by June 30th of each year. Two 18” by 24” long lettered signs will be permanently mounted on the dugout. After the application is completed and submitted with payment, it will take approximately four weeks until the sign is delivered and mounted. North Cornwall Township will perpetually maintain the dugouts and sign, to ensure it’s in good condition.
