How to Install and Setup Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Development on Windows. For downloading and installing Eclipse you need four things : 1) JAVA JDK. 2) JAVA JRE(Java Run Time Environment). 3) Eclipse IDE 4) Toolchain (For ARM) 1.
