Each year, the Leadership Lecture Series features some of the country's leading figures from the world of business, politics, entertainment, academia, and literature. It has entertained and educated thousands of Marin County and San Francisco Bay Area residents. Gladwell, who penned the international bestseller What the Dog Saw in 2009, was named one of Time‘s 100 Most Influential People in 2005. He has been a staff writer with The New Yorker since 1996. His 1999 profile of Ron Popeil won a National Magazine Award.
