Nomination papers must be delivered to the Deputy Returning Officer, Northampton Borough Council, The Guildhall, St Giles Square, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN1 1DE on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4 pm on Tuesday, 4th April 2017. 2. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 4th May 2017. 4.
