Jacobetti and Hood ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5479 AN ACT to make appropriations for the department of commerce, the department of labor, the department of licensing and regulation, and certain other state purposes for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1991; to provide for the expenditure of those appropriations; to provide for the imposition of fees; to provide for reports; to provide for certain powers and duties of certain state and local agencies and officers; and to provide for the disposition of fees and other income received by the state agencies.
