An Administrative Review Board will be convened to review your case to determine ifyour continued detention is necessary . 2. The AdministrativeReviewBoardwillconducta comprehensivereviewofall reasonably availableandrelevantinformationregardingyour case. At the conclusionof thisreviewthe Boardwill make a recommendationto: ( 1) releaseyouto yourhomestate; ( 2) transferyouto yourhomestate, withconditionsagreeduponby the UnitedStatesandyourhomestate; or (3) continueyourdetentionunderUnitedStatescontrol. 3. An acquaintance ofthe detainee failed an attack onan American commercialairline in 2001. 2. Inmid -December 2001, the detainee speculated that something big was going to happen during a meeting with other al Qaida operatives. 3. The detainee had visited with members ofal Qaida in Jakarta, Indonesia. 4. A memberofthe detainee's was a leaderofthe female sectionofthe Al Ikhwan Al MuslimoonGroupinIndonesia. This group has beenidentified as an Islamicextremistgroup inAsia. c .
