Details of Overlapping : Total distance of overlapping is 1.6 KM ie, 4.7 % of the total route length [34 km] which is within the permissible limit. 1) Route portion of 1.5 Km at Pala Town objectionably overlaps on Kottayam – Kattappana Scheme GO[MS] 139/67/PW SRO No. 199/67 2) 100 meters in Pampady objectionably overlaps on Thekkady – Ernakulam scheme. 6.
