Princess Academy What would you do if all the girls in your village had to attend an academy to become the future princess? This is what happens to Miri. She is thrust into a new life without any say because the prince is suppose to pick his princess from Miri’s village. Come along with Miri on her journey through the princess academy. Shannon Hale lives close to Salt Lake City, Utah. She started writing when she was nine years old and she has been writing ever since. Her first book was The Goose Girl.
