Due to ongoing COVID-19 related public health concerns, the welcome home ceremonies are not open to the public. The ceremonies will be livestreamed via social media. Local media is welcomed and encouraged to cover these events utilizing proper social distancing protocols. Dubuque Approximately 130 Soldiers from Company A, 1-133d Infantry BN, will be honored at a homecoming ceremony on April 13, 2021, starting at TBD at the Dubuque Regional Airport, (10965 Aviation Dr., Dubuque). Cedar Rapids Approximately 130 Soldiers from Company B, 1-133d Infantry BN, will be honored at a homecoming ceremony on April 9, 2021, starting at TBD at the Eastern Iowa Airport (2121 Arthur Collins Parkway SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa). Davenport Approximately 110 Soldiers from Company D, 1-133d Infantry BN, will be honored at a homecoming ceremony on April 9, 2021, starting at TBD at the Quad City International Airport (2200 69th Ave., Moline, Iowa). The ceremony will be livestreamed on Facebook @DCo133INF. The Ironman Battalion supported Operation Spartan Shield in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
