C 64/2 EN Official Journal of the European Union 16.3.2010 NOTICES FROM MEMBER STATES Extract from the Decision concerning Landsbanki Luxembourg S.A. pursuant to Directive 2001/24/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the reorganisation and winding-up of credit institutions (2010/C 64/02) Landsbanki Luxembourg S.A. 2-4, rue Beck 1222 Luxembourg LUXEMBOURG N o RC B78804 By Court order dated 24 February 2010, the Luxembourg District Court of and in Luxembourg, fifteenth section, sitting in commercial matters, has modified the winding-up orders on the Limited Liability Company Landsbanki Luxembourg S.A. with registered office at 2-4, rue Beck, 1222 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG, with respect to the modus of liquidation as follows: The last date by which preferred and non-preferred creditors must file their claims in order to receive dividends from Landsbanki Luxembourg S.A. in liquidation has been formally set at 14 May 2010 subject to the condition to publish at least 45 days before this date in the national and international newspapers as determined by the court order a notice to all creditors of Landsbanki Luxembourg S.A. in liquidation existing at the opening of the liquidation who have not yet filed a claim, to have their claims filed, otherwise they will not participate in the proceeds of the liquidation and will be excluded from all rights in the liquidation. The applicability of the paragraph of the Article 508 of the Commercial Code ‘but they can file their claims until the last distribution of dividends’ has been cancelled. The lists with the admissible claims will be deposited at the Court for inspection by creditors who can object to their admission as foreseen by the liquidation order of 12 December 2008, during the first ten days of February, April, June, September, October and November. The provisional execution of the Court Order is ordered, irrespective of any recourse and without any guarantee. The present order is to be published by extract in the Memorial C, special publication for companies and associations, in the Official Journal of the European Union, in the newspapers Luxemburger Wort, Tageblatt, Financial Times, Le Monde, El Pais and Morgan Blaðið, within eight days of the date of the Court Order, as foreseen by Article 61(2) of the modified law on the financial sector. The present extract is a translation of the Court Order issued in the French language, and in case of discrepancies between the English text and the French text, the French text prevails. OBJECTIVES AND DESCRIPTION The purpose of this call for proposals is to support projects, which promote cooperation in the youth sector between ‘Youth in Action’ programme countries and partner countries other than those which are neighbours of the European Union (countries which have signed with the European Union an agreement relevant to the youth field). This call provides grants to projects. Its objectives are as follows: — to improve the mobility of young people and youth workers, — to promote youth empowerment and active participation, — to foster capacity-building for youth organisations and structures in order to contribute to civil society development, — to promote cooperation and the exchange of experience and good practice in the field of youth and non-formal education, — to contribute to the development of youth policies, youth work and the voluntary sector, and — to develop sustainable partnerships and networks between youth organisations. Preference will be given to those projects which best reflect the permanent priorities of the ‘Youth in Action’ programme: — participation of young people — cultural diversity — European citizenship — inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. 16.3.2010 EN Official Journal of the European Union C 64/5 Preference will also be given to projects reflecting the following annual priorities of the call: — global issues affecting young people, such as climate change, sustainable development, migrations, and the Millennium Development Goals ( 1), — combating poverty and social exclusion ( 2), — strengthening the Euro-African dialogue, exchange and cooperation in the field of youth ( 3).
