The outcome of the applications for admission will be presented at the monthly business meetings and entered into the official minutes at that time. • On December 28, 2018, the Form 100 Application for admission to Council 1498 was presented to the admissions committee at our planning meeting. A quorum of ten members were present at the meeting. The proposer for Bob LaFountaine was Dan Timmerman. Chancellor/Membership Director Dave Stauber met with and interviewed Bob and Marilyn LaFountaine at their home on December 14th. Further recomendations to admit Bob to our Council were received from Dan Timmerman and Peter Hjelmstad. Bob’s form 100 was read in, his application was reviewed and discussed, and voted in at the planning meeting. Upcoming degree ceremonies: Second and third-degree ceremony on 1/19 Noon to 4:30 at St Francis Assisi in Castle Rock REport of CErEmonials: No report.
