Victorian Government Printer Transport Act 1983 ROAD DECLARATIONS AND DEDICATIONS AND DISCONTINUANCE OF ROADS OR PARTS OF ROADS ROAD DECLARATIONS AND DEDICATIONS— The Roads Corporation pursuant to the Transport Act 1983, upon publication of this notice declares and rescinds the roads, as described in Schedule A and on the plans attached, and further declares that the roads or parts of the roads which are declared by this notice are fit to be used as a public highway and are now absolutely dedicated to the public for use as a public highway within the meaning of any law now or hereafter in force. DISCONTINUANCE OF ROADS OR PARTS OF ROADS — The Roads Corporation, in pursuance of the powers conferred by Clause 2, Schedule 4 of the Transport Act 1983, hereby approves the discontinuance of the roads or parts of the roads as described in Schedule B and on the plans attached. SCHEDULE A FREEWAY a) Those parts of the Monash Freeway, South Gippsland Freeway and Princes Freeway in the City of Casey identified by hatching on the plans numbered GP 20581, GP 20582, GP 20584, GP 20587, GP 20590, GP 20592A, GP 20593, GP 20594, GP 20595A, GP 20595B and GP 20596A. The roads or parts of the roads are declared and rescinded as described in the Legend on the said plans. STATE HIGHWAY b) Those parts of the Princes Highway in the City of Casey identified by hatching on the plans numbered GP 20595G and GP 20595C. The roads or parts of the roads are declared and rescinded as described in the Legend on the said plans. MAIN ROAD c) Those parts of the Hallam Road, Narre Warren North Road and Berwick—Beaconsfield Road in the City of Casey identified by hatching on the plans numbered GP 20584A, GP 20591, GP 20592B, GP 20596C and GP 20595D. The roads or parts of the roads are declared and rescinded as described in the Legend on the said plans. ROAD d) Those parts of Old Gunns Court, Tinks Road, Josephine Avenue, Prospect Hill Road and Magid Drive in the City of Casey identified by hatching on the plans numbered GP 20582A, GP 20583, GP 20586, GP 20586A, GP 20588 and GP 20590A. The roads or parts of the roads are declared as described in the Legend on the said plans. SCHEDULE B a) The land in the City of Casey described as Freeways, formerly Princes Freeway, formerly Princes Highway, formerly Berwick—Beaconsfield Road, Tinks Road, Prospect Hill Road and Road in the Parishes of Eumemmerring and Berwick, referred to on the plans numbered GP 20581, RD 20595F, GP 20586, GP 20588 and RD 20595E. The roads or parts of the roads described in the Legend on the said plans are discontinued.
