We are pleased to present to you another season of outstanding nationally touring artists and attractions. The 2019-2020 season of Eisemann Center Presents represents our 17th year of pre- senting quality and diverse programming for the City of Richardson and North Texas commu- nities we serve. We have 24 shows and one very special event we feel you will find to be Extraordinary, Exceptional & Inspiring! This season features shows returning by popular demand mixed with a variety of new artists and productions we have discovered and wish to share with you on the stages of the Eisemann Center. Some new Extraordinary shows, presented for your enjoyment, include Lee Rocker of the Stray Cats (Oct. 26); An Evening with Renée Elise Goldsberry, Tony Award winner from the original cast of Hamilton (Nov. 2); and Oscar-nominated and Emmy Award-winning actor Renée Taylor in her new autobiographical solo show My Life On A Diet (Feb. 14- 16). Featured returning artists our audiences found to be Exceptional include Riders In The Sky with The Quebe Sisters in Christmas The Cowboy Way (Dec. 17); our good friend Mandy Patinkin in his new concert Diaries (Jan. 17); and Asleep At The Wheel’s 50th Anniversary Tour (Mar. 28). On the Inspiring side of programming we have Mandy Harvey, deaf American singer-songwriter and finalist on America’s Got Talent returning with her band for a full week of educational resi- dency and performance with students at UT Dallas (Feb. 8); and I Wrote That One Too…An Evening with Steve Dorff (Mar. 20) a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame who will share his stories of the many songs and No. 1 hits he has written, made famous by artists from Willie to Whitney. The Eisemann Center is partnering with the School of Arts, Technology and Emerging Communication (ATEC) at the University of Texas at Dallas, on a new project, Eisemann Edge. This is a special initiative we are undertaking thanks to the generosity of Ann and Charles Eisemann, through their newly established Eisemann Edge Endowment Fund. The project will be a collaborative effort to create innovative arts and technology programs and exhibits, allowing the North Texas com- munity an opportunity to explore culture, technology and the Arts in a new and exciting way. We will launch the first pro- ject of what will be a multi-year interactive arts experience in March of 2020. More details and information will be released as soon as they are available. Keyboard Conversations® with Jeffrey Siegel continues to grow as a series, with over 64% of the seats fully subscribed this past season. We encourage you to consider a full season subscription to this outstanding series of four concerts with com- mentary, that will not only leave you musically satisfied, but knowledgeable on the repertoire performed as well. For younger audience members, and family outings, consider subscribing to our Family Theatre Series of shows. These story book-based performances are on Sunday afternoons and run just under an hour. Eisemann Extras is the engaging and interactive 45-minute activity, prior to the performance, that will make your time spent at the Eisemann Center extra memo- rable. A great way to see a wide variety of shows while enjoying a 10% - 20% savings, is to create your own series by purchasing our popular Flex Series Package, comprised of four or more Eisemann Center Presents performances. The more shows you select in your package, the more savings you have throughout the season. Shop online or call the Ticket Office at 972.744.4650 for questions and additional information. Please note that single tickets for shows are not available until Monday, July 8, 2019. We are very excited that All shows this season easily fit into the Extraordinary, Exceptional & Inspiring categories.
