The James Boag’s Premium-Railway Stakes, Perth’s oldest Group One race, will get The TABtouch Masters under starter’s orders on Saturday 25 November; it is Ascot Racecourse’s classiest day of the year featuring six black type contests, including the Sky Racing- WA Guineas at Group Two level. The Crown Perth-Winterbottom Stakes, Australia’s last Group One sprint of the year, will be the second-up feature of The TABtouch Masters on Saturday 2 December; no-one will forget Takedown trainer Gary Moore’s post-race celebrations in 2016. And the Magic Millions-Kingston RAILWAY STAKES Town Classic, the southern hemisphere’s richest Group One 1,800 metres event, will wrap up The TABtouch Masters on Saturday 9 December; it honours one of the sport’s all-time greats. Perth Racing’s invitation is a sincere one; its Equine All Stars Incentive Scheme underwrites the up-front transport and accommodation costs associated with getting high-quality interstate- and overseas-based horses and their human carers to and from Ascot Racecourse for The TABtouch Masters, effectively providing connections of eligible gallopers with risk-free shots at glory in the James Boag’s Premium-Railway Stakes, the Crown Perth-Winterbottom Stakes, the Magic Millions-Kingston Town Classic and, in a new addition from last year, the Sky Racing-WA Guineas.
