As you know, one aspect of the healthy lifestyle is proper nutrition and eating properly. Law enforcement offi cers often are not afforded the luxury of being able to sit down to eat, and must eat on the go. Offi cers can make headway at improving their lifestyle with some knowledge and a little pre-shift meal planning.
