In exercise of the powers vested in them by section 99 of the Municipal Corpo• rations Ordinance, 1934, the Municipal Council of Jerusalem have made the following by-laws :— Citation. 1. These by-laws may be cited as the Jerusalem Municipal (Market) By-laws, 1936. Animal markets. 2. The places set out in the schedule hereto shall be municipal animal markets. Prohibition. 3. No person shall sell any animal within the municipal area except in a municipal animal market. — 147 — 4. The Municipality shall charge the purchaser either direct Fees, or through their representative a fee of two and a half per centum of the price of each animal sold in a municipal animal market. 5. Any person selling any animal in any place within the municipal area other than an animal market shall, on conviction, Penalty, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten pounds. SCHEDULE.
