PRESS RELEASE Paris, October 24th 2017 Henri Proglio enters ATALIAN Group’s Board of Directors At its last meeting on 1st of September 2017, the Board of Directors of ATALIAN Group, the 100% family run and major provider of global services to companies, proceeded to co-opt Henri Proglio, President of Henri Proglio Consulting. Born on 29th of June 1949 in Antibes (France), Henri Proglio is a graduate of HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris). In 1973 he joined the Companie Générale des Eaux. In 1990 he was nominated to be CEO of CGEA (Compagnie Général d’Entreprises Automobiles), which formed the cleaning and transport activities of the Group, prior to becoming Director of the Commpagie Générale des Eaux one year later. Member of the Executive Committee in 1996, Henri Proglio is appointed Director General of Vivendi in 1997. In 1999, he took on the role of Deputy Director of Vivendi and President of CGEA. In 2000, Henri Proglio was appointed President of the Directory of Vivendi Environnement (Vivendi Water, Onyx, Connex and Dalkia). From 2003 to 2009, he took on the role of President- Director General of Veolia Environnement before presiding over the Board of Directors between 2009 and 2010. From 2009 to 2014, Henri Proglio assumed the role of President Director General of EDF. In 2014, he was named Honourable President. Henri Proglio is also administrator of Dassault Aviation, Natixis and FCC (Spain).
