Lassi can be made with various fruits and spices to enjoy this chilled beverage. 1 1/2 cup of strawberries Nutrition Facts Per Serving (1 cup): 1-2 spoonfuls of honey Calories: 182 Pinch of ground cardamom or cinnamon Protein: 6.6 g 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup ice cubes Preparation for Strawberry Lassi Purée strawberries with honey, cardamom, and a pinch of salt in a blender or hand held immersion blender until smooth. Add yogurt and ice, then purée until smooth again. Serve immediately. Feel free to garnish with honey, cardamom seeds or fresh strawberries. Kachumber: Indian Cucumber, Tomato and Mint Salad Kachumber is the most popular salad with meals in India. This salad is simple and refreshing. 1 medium sized onion, chopped Nutrition Facts Per Serving (1 cup): 2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped Calories: 45 2 small sized cucumbers, chopped Potassium: 380 mg 4-5 mint leaves, chopped 1/2-1 tsp lemon juice A few lemon pieces for garnish 1/2 tsp cumin powder(optional) 1 green chili or 1/2 tsp red chili powder(optional) Preparation of Kachumber: Indian Cucumber, Tomato and Mint Salad After cutting the vegetables, take all of them in a bowl.
