Board, Council Slate Code Workshop Tonight Apartment, Parking Changes Eyed

The two proposed ordi- nances would update the city's zoning and parking require- ments that have been on the City Council agenda since May. A special meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the city hall to discuss the ordinances, but there is little hope that the councilmen will vote on the mat- ters tonight, since they have been slated to be voted on July 1. Planning and Zoning Board has seven petitions held up waiting for the city council's decision on the two ordinances, which deal mostly with multi- family districts and parking re- quirements.
