The Commonwealth of Massachusetts —— DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES ORDER OF NOTICE May 12, 2016 Town of Berlin, D.P.U. 16-45 Town of Millville, D.P.U. 16-46 Town of Bernardston, D.P.U. 16-47 Town of Egremont, D.P.U. 16-48 Town of Wendell, D.P.U. 16-49 Town of Sandisfield, D.P.U. 16-50 Town of Salisbury, D.P.U. 16-51 Petitions of the Towns of Berlin, Millville, Bernardston, Egremont, Wendell, Sandisfield, and Salisbury for approval of municipal aggregation plans pursuant to G.L. c. 164, § 134. ____________________________________________________________________________ The Towns of Berlin, Millville, Bernardston, Egremont, Wendell, Sandisfield, and Salisbury (collectively “Municipalities”) shall, (1) no later than June 1, 2016, publish the attached Notice of Public Hearing and Request for Comments in either The Boston Globe or The Boston Herald; and (2) post a copy of the attached notice in a conspicuous location in its Town Hall. In addition, the Towns of Berlin and Millville shall, no later than June 1, 2016, publish the attached notice in the Worcester Telegram & Gazette or the MetroWest Daily News. The Towns of Bernardston and Sandisfield shall, no later than June 1, 2016, publish the attached notice in the Berkshire Eagle. The Towns of Egremont and Wendell shall, no later than June 1, 2016, publish the attached notice in the Daily Hampshire Gazette. The Town of Salisbury shall, no later than June 1, 2016, publish the attached notice in the Daily News of Newburyport. Each Municipality shall prominently display the notice on its respective website from 14 days following receipt of the notice from the Department through the end of the comment period.
