It examined the challenges and opportunities, experiences and perspectives of the genocide education. In 1990, he graduated from the Department of International Economic Relations of the Moscow State Institute of Interna- tional Relations. In 1991, he received a Master of Arts degree in Western European Politics from the Department of Politics, Economic and Social Studies of the Victoria University of Manchester. Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has been working in various positions in the Ministry of For- eign Affairs of Armenia since 1991. In 1993-1997 he served at the Embassies of the Republic of Armenia in the United Kingdom and Holy See. In 2002-2008 he was the other International
